Something that makes me happy
Ralph Marston an American football player said,”Happiness is a choice not a result.Nothing will make you happy until you choose to be happy.”
We all want to be happy and do so many things to keep our self in good mood like travelling, dancing , playing or even binge watching on Netflix gives us immense pleasure.
But if you ask me what makes me happy, is writing jokes ….
When I am writing jokes am relaxed and in jolly-good mood.
I am glad when I see people laughing and smiling at my jokes.
Tips that I follow to keep myself happy are:
1)Develop a habit.
2)Make a list of everything you like to do.
3)Take one thing at a time.
4)Try to spread happiness by helping others.
5)Laugh until you cry .
